Our mission as a club is to promote fitness and community through running. In response to the pandemic, we have decided to take a creative approach and put the “social” back in “social media”.

We’ll be cancelling all runs until further notice. However, run leaders will still post virtual runs with suggestions of distance, pace, workout, or topic on which to meditate while running. Commentary is encouraged – we’d especially love to hear if this is your first run with us!

We believe that fitness is important to overall health, and encourage runners to keep active, as long as they are feeling completely healthy.
