Monday 7PM

Recovery/Social run around JP. Easy pace ranging from 8:45 – 9:30 with a distance of 3-5 miles.

Tuesday 7PM

Tempo Tuesday! A tempo workout is running at a comfortably hard pace either for a specified time or distance. Workouts take place in a designated area with loops.

Wednesday 7PM

Recovery/Social run around JP. Easy pace ranging from 8:45 – 9:30 with a distance of 3-5 miles.

Thursday 7PM

Track Thursday! Track is a great way to improve speed. Workouts vary each week but take place at Downes Field. (During winter months location is subject to change.)

Saturday 9AM

Various pace groups and distances for just about every runner: as little as 3 miles or as much as 10+ miles with pace groups ranging from 7:30 to 10:00. Runs end at JP Licks for coffee!
